I'm in a blogging class led by Patsy Terrell, creating my first blog. Here's a portrait I created. It's Jackie Yoder weaving a rug for the Et Cetra/Ten Thousand Villages gift shop. After I created it, I sent it to The Hutchinson Magazine and suggested they write an article about her and the women who do this at Et Cetra. They hired me to do the photography for the article and they used this portrait for the cover of that issue. I continued work as a lifestyle photojournalist for them for the next year and they used my portraits for the cover of every issue. A larger, better view is available at my
